On this 112th anniversary of the world's most famous ship disaster, join us as we highlight our historic steamer chest collection while riveter "Big Tom" provides insight into how faulty steel rivets may have contributed to the RMS Titanic's demise. We will also explore the crucial role of steamboats in Smithfield's history as the world's then busiest peanut exporting port.
