DOWNTOWN SIDEWALK SALE: Saturday, May 6, 2023, Downtown merchants do a spring clean up! Held the same day as the Country Vintage Market at the Fairgrounds, swing by downtown Smithfield for great prices on select merchandise.
FATHERS DAY STORY WALK: June 12 - 25, 2023, Pick up a passport at the Visitor Center then follow the story displayed along Hayden’s Lane. When completed turn in your passport for a door prize at the Smithfield Library. The story walk is co-sponsored by the Smithfield Library.
CHRISTMAS TREE STROLL - IN JULY! July 17 - 30, 2023, Celebrate Christmas in July! Merchants will display themed Christmas trees. Visitors will vote for their favorite to be entered into a raffle for a great prize.
BACK TO SCHOOL STORY WALK: August 21 - Sept., 4, 2023, Pick up a passport at the Visitor Center then follow the book "Pigeon HAS to Go to School," displayed along Hayden’s Lane. When completed turn in your passport to the Smithfield Library for a chance to win a Pigeon Prize Pak. The story walk is co-sponsored by the Smithfield Library.
NIGHT OUT IN HAMTOWN: Thursday, August 31, 2023, We’re celebrating International Bacon Day a few days early. Come dressed in a pig/bacon/pork theme & enjoy discounts, raffles, & more at participating shops & restaurants - SHOPS OPEN UNTIL 7:30 p.m. Be sure to stop by our LOVE sign at Main Street Square to snap a shot and post it using @HamtownUSA!
